| Abstract:With the continuous increasing of the paper machine speed, roll dynamic performance is very important and is the bottle reck of further increase of paper mechine speed. This paper used the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to conduct dynamic characteristics analysis of the rolls. The analysis of the inherent frequency, critical speed, vibration mode and amplitude of the roll, indicated that the rolls in paper machine belonged to rigis rolls. At the same time, this paper used the finite element modal simulation technology which procided the technical basis to further research dynamic characteristics of paper machine rolls. |
