Abstract:In order to study the effects of beating degree on the aging properties of insulating paper, Russian spruce was taken up sulfate cooking and purification to obtain the insulating pulp. The insulating paper with different beating degree was further prepared. The results showed that with the increase of beating degree, the fiber length and porosity decreased, the content of fine fiber increased, and the fiber splitting and and kink ratio increased. The fiber length decreased significantly after aging, and the content of broken fiber with low beating degree and fine fiber increased. With the aging time prolonging, the performance vaviance of insulating paper with different beating degrees increased. With the extension of aging time, the mechanical and electrical properties of high beating degree insulating paper were reduced less, and the performance was more stable. When the beating degree was increased to 83 °SR, the tensile strength of the insulating paper after hot pressing reached 17.5 kN/m, the fiber polymerization degree could still be maintained above 500 after 30 days of aging, the breakdown strength of oil insulating paper was much higher than that of other oil insulating paper, and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were lower than those of other oil insulating paper. |
