Abstract:This study introduced a method of preparing porous buffer materials by foam forming technology. At the same time, the mechanical properties of Lyocell fiber buffer materials were improved by adding PET fiber and styrene acrylic lotion. The results showed that when the fiber concentration was 3%, pH value was 7, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) was used as foaming agent, and the pure Lyocell fiber buffer material was reinforced with mass fraction 3% styrene acrylic, the elastic modulus could be increased from 37.30 kPa to 116.12 kPa. When using mass fraction 9% styrene acrylic for reinforcement, set the mass ratio of control Lyocell fiber to PET fiber (fineness of 17 dtex) was 1∶1, the elastic modulus was 46.99 kPa, and the density was 0.030 g/cm3, which could ensure lightweight of the buffer material and greatly improve resilience. The disintegrability test of the buffer materials showed that the pure Lyocell fiber buffer materials and the Lyocell fiber/styrene acrylic emulsion reinforced buffer materials also had certain degradability.
