| Abstract:By analyzing the chemical composition and fiber quality of bamboo willows at different age, the age of bamboo willow for pulping was determined. The effects of different cooking condition on the pulping properties of bamboo willow were studied by using pre-hydrolysis, sulfate cooking, ECF bleaching, and other treatments. The spinning performance of bamboo willow dissolving pulp was evaluated by testing the quality of tow produced by bamboo willow dissolving pulp. The results showed that the 3-year-old bamboo willow had high application value, after pre-hydrolysis, the removal rate of pentose of 3-year-old bamboo willow dissolving pulp reached 56.31%, which was quivalent to eucalyptus wood. After cooking with the total alkali content (Na2O) of 19%, the degree of sulfide of 18%, the intrinsic viscosity of bamboo willow pulp was 605 mL/g, the degree of polymerization was 861. After D0EpD1P four-stage of ECF bleaching, the key performance indices of bamboo willow dissolving pulp met the requirements of industry standards for high-quality products. There was no significant difference between bamboo willow dissolving pulp and conventional hardwood dissolving pulp. For bamboo willow dissolving pulp, the spun viscose had good filtration performance, the performance indices of the tow met the requirements of qualified products in national standards. |
