Abstract:In this paper， a nondestructive and all-round air permeability testing method was proposed. The picture data was collected by industrial camera， and the opening rate was calculated by OTSU method， and the air permeability was obtained according to the relationship between opening rate and air permeability. The fabric 52SSB mesh surface was tested. The results showed that the maximum relative error between the test method and the results measured by the air permeability meter was 0.33%， which could realize nondestructive and all-round detection.
