Abstract:The number of phenolate anions was improved in the oxygen delignification process by changing the “equilibrium” between HO·and O2-· to improve the delignification efficiency and selectivity of oxygen delignification in this study. An oxygen delignification reinforcement additive (S) for the oxygen delignification process was synthesized. The detailed comparative study of the reinforcement effect between additive S with H2O2, NaNO3, and AQ on oxygen delignification was carried out. The results showed that the additive S, H2O2, and NaNO3 had certain effects on the enhancement of oxygen delignification, among which the additive S had the most obvious effect whereas the addition of AQ had no significant effect. When the additive S amount was 1.0%, the delignification rate reached 57.3% with delignification selectivity of 4.2。
