Abstract:The equal-standard pollution load method was used to quantitatively analyze the amount of wastewater and the types, concentrations, and existing status of the main characteristic water pollutants in each process of the chemi-mechanical pulping. The results showed that the main water pollutants in the material preparation process were COD, suspended solids (SS) and BOD; the main water pollutants in the wood chip washing, extrusion and tearing, screw pressing, screening purification and concentration processes were BOD, COD and SS; the main pollution sources were concentrated in screening, purification, concentration and screw pressing, among them, the equal-standard pollution load ratio of the screening, purification and concentration process was 50.12%~51.17%, and the screw pressing process was 43.40%~44.21%, hence, the cumulative pollution load ratio of these two processes reached more than 90%; the main water pollutants in the whole processes were BOD, COD, and SS, and the cumulative load ratio had reached more than 80%, which was the focus of sewage treatment. The results of this study could provide an effective basis for environmental impact degree evaluation and management control of water pollutants in typical chemi-mechanical pulping process.
