Abstract:In order to redurce the deviation between the final stop position and the set target threading position of the Trim Squirt, the problem of reasonable selection of control low dead zone value was studied using variable speed double dead zone method based on the trim squirt movement control system, taking control low dead zone as an example. Based on field test data and the polynomial fitting optimization method, the mathematical model of trim squirt displacement and control low dead zone value were established, finding out the reasonable ravge of control low dead zone value, and the control low dead zone value was selected, which was verified in production application. The results showed that when the control low dead zone value was 30, the trim squirt positioning deviation was the smallest, and the deviation from the set position was 6 mm, with the error of -0.80%.
