Abstract:Ag/cellulose fibers and graphene oxide(GO)/cellulose fibers were uniformly mixed, and then Ag/RGO/cellulose composite paper were obtained by vacuum filtration process and hydrazine hydrate reduction. The structure and morphology of prepared Ag/RGO/cellulose composite paper were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. The electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, thermal stability and antimicrobial activity of composite paper were studied. The result indicated that Ag/cellulose fibers and RGO/cellulose fibers knited together tightly. The conductivity of Ag/RGO/cellulose composite paper was 0.042 S/cm, which was lower than that of Ag/cellulose paper. The Young's modulus and elongation at break of Ag/RGO/cellulose composite paper were 489 MPa and 4.5%, respectively, which were 12.9% and 7.1% higher than that of cellulose paper. The initial pyrolysis temperature in the second stage was 300℃, which was 40℃ higher than that of cellulose paper. Ag/RGO/cellulose composite paper had excellent antibacterial activity, and the diametres of zone of inhibition against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 14 mm and 9 mm, respectively. |
