Abstract:Membrane separation technology has become the primary choice of water treatment technology due to the advantages of high separation efficiency, easy control, and no pollution. Commercial organic membranes mainly are synthetic polymer membranes based on polysulfides and polyvinylidene fluorides and natural polymer membranes based on regenerated cellulose and its derivatives. Then, the characteristics of different separation membranes and their application fields were introduced. In addition, the preparation, modification and current situation of regenerated cellulose microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, and nanofiltration membranes were reviewed respectively based on the summery of advantages and disadvantages of different membrane and application. Subsequently, the effect and research progress of separation performance, mechanical performance and anti-pollution performance on regenerated cellulose membranes in water treatment were further described. |
