Abstract:In this research, sodium lignosulfonate was used as an assistant to improve the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of Eucalyptus powders pretreated with metal chloride under high solid system. The results showed that the addition of sodium lignosulfonate promoted the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of the high solid system. When the amount of sodium lignosulfonate was 0.4%, the glucose yield from enzymatic hydrolysis could reach to 93.72%, which was 12.5 percent higher than that of blank sample. In order to further improve the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis, sodium lignosulfonate was compounded with CTAB and Tween 80. The results showed that the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis of high solid system was promoted synergistically. When m (CTAB)∶m (sodium lignosulfonate) was 1.5∶1, the cellulose conversion rate was 99.56%; when m (Tween 80)∶m (sodium lignosulfonate) was 1∶1, the cellulose conversion rate was 99.98%, so nearly total of the cellulose could be converted to glucose. |
