Abstract:The effect of hydrothermal binary catalytic ethanol method on the separation of three main components of wheat straw was studied. Then hemicellulose and lignin were separated and extracted by alcohol precipitation method and dilution precipitation method respectively. The structures of the separated substances were characterized by high performance anion chromatograph, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. The results showed that the method of hydrothermal binary catalytic ethanol separation was feasible, and the extraction effect was good. The extraction rates of hemicellulose, lignin and crude cellulose were 38.1%, 55.5% and 40.7%, respectively. The main chain of hemicellulosan was formed by D-xylopyranosyl with (1,4)-β-glycosidic bond. The branched chains were 4-O-methyl-α-D-pyranosyl, α-L-furanoarabinoyl and acetyl. The lignin isolated had a typical G-S-H structure, and the content of S-type lignin was more than that of G-type lignin. |
