Abstract:In order to verify the feasibility of structural design of a new conical refiner,the static and dynamic modal analyses based on ANSYS were carried out for the main stress components of the new conical refiner,including spindle, frame and grinding chamber by using the finite element analysis method. The stress,strain and resonance of the main stressed parts of the conical refiner were discussed. The results showed that the main stress components of the new conical pulp refiner met the requirements of strength and stiffness while avoiding resonance.
