Abstract:In view of the fact that the segment of disc refiner used in paper industry is still imported or designed by manual experience currently, on the basis of Specific Edge Load (SEL), cut edge length per second (CEL) etc. theories and combining the methods of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), house of quality about segment design requirement was constructed, the importance degree ranking of segment design elements was achieved after calculation, and the key parameters of segment design were obtained. The validity of the QFD analysis results was confined by expert scoring method and experimental verification, so QFD could be used to determine the key parameters of disc refiner segment design, which provided a scientific basis for the parametric design of new disc refiner segment suitable for domestic fiber raw materials.
