Abstract:In recent years, deep eutectic solvent(DES) has become a research hotspot for replacing organic solvent and ionic liquid to separate lignin due to its high stability, high efficiency, selectivity and reproducibility. Based on the latest research reports of lignin separation with DES, this paper reviewed and prospected the research progress in lignin separation with DES solvent from the aspects of composition, mechanism and type of DES solvent, so as to provide new research ideas for efficient lignin separation and utilization.
