Abstract:In order to study the heating condition of the external electromagnetic induction heating device for heating the calender roller. Using three factor of power of the device, spacing between the device and the roller and linear velocity of the roller. Single factor and orthogonal tests were carried out on the heating roll with a diameter of 300 mm. The test results showed that the power and spacing had a significant effect on the heating temperature, and the linear velocity had no significant effect on the heating temperature. As the power increases or the spacing decreases, the temperature changes quickly and the final temperature was higher; The heating rate was the hightest when the power was 8 kW, spacing was 10 mm and the linear velocity was 49.00 m/min. |
