Abstract:In order to overcome the limitations of the traditional paper industry, which can not remote monitor the equipment of the paper machine and the maintenance of the fault, the technology of cloud service platform was used to realize the real-time transmission of data across the region and design monitoring and control system of paper machine equipment based on ARM Cortex-M4 gateway and MQTT server communication protocol.Taking the high frequency vibrator as an example, the actual operation of the system, indicated that the system could monitor the papermaking equipment in real time, accurately and reliably, and provide a more convenient and efficient way for the papermaking enterprises which need remote control. |
