摘要:为克服传统造纸工业不能远距离监控造纸设备与故障维修的局限,实现数据跨地域实时传送,本课题利用云服务平台技术,设计了基于ARM Cortex-M4网关的以MQTT为服务器通信协议的造纸设备监测与控制系统。以高频摇振器为例进行系统监控测试,实测系统运行结果表明,该系统能实时、准确、可靠地远程监控造纸设备,为需要远程操控的造纸企业提供了一种更方便高效的工作方式。
Abstract:In order to overcome the limitations of the traditional paper industry, which can not remote monitor the equipment of the paper machine and the maintenance of the fault, the technology of cloud service platform was used to realize the real-time transmission of data across the region and design monitoring and control system of paper machine equipment based on ARM Cortex-M4 gateway and MQTT server communication protocol.Taking the high frequency vibrator as an example, the actual operation of the system, indicated that the system could monitor the papermaking equipment in real time, accurately and reliably, and provide a more convenient and efficient way for the papermaking enterprises which need remote control.
