Abstract:Nano- Al2O3 particles were modified with four different amount of silicon coupling agent KH-550 and the modified nano- Al2O3 particle size was measured. At the same time, the effects of addition amount of modified nano- Al2O3 on tensile strength, dielectric strength, tightness properties of aramid paper were studied. The tensile strength and dielectric strength of the aramid paper before and after adding nano- Al2O3 were compared. The results showed that the nano- Al2O3 particle size was reduced after modification. When the ratio of nano- Al2O3 and silicon coupling agent KH-550 was 5 g∶15 mL, the amount of modified nano- Al2O3 was 6%, the tensile strength of the paper increased by 58.3%, the dielectric strength increased by 37.0%, the paper tightness did not change significantly. |
