| Abstract:The influences of the magnetic particles size and filling amount on magnetic propeties and physical strengths of the magnetic paper were studied. The research results indicated that the smaller particle size of the magnetic particles was more easily filled into the fiber lumen. The coercive force of magnetic paper was related to magnetic particles size, the smaller the magnetic particles size, the smaller coercive force. For the same type of magnetic particle, the magnetic saturation density and the residual magnetic saturation density were related to the filling amount. The physical strength of the magnetic paper filled with magnetic particles was lower than that of the base paper, especially folding endusance. |
