摘要:研究了磁性粒子粒径和填充度对磁性纸性能的影响。结果表明,小粒径的磁性粒子更容易填充到纤维细胞腔中,磁性纸的矫顽力和磁性粒子的粒径有关,粒径越小,矫顽力也相应减小;对于填充同种类的磁性粒子,磁性纸的磁饱和强度和剩余磁饱和强度与填充度有关;填充磁性粒子后的磁性纸物理强度低于原纸,尤其是耐折度降低程度最大。
Abstract:The influences of the magnetic particles size and filling amount on magnetic propeties and physical strengths of the magnetic paper were studied. The research results indicated that the smaller particle size of the magnetic particles was more easily filled into the fiber lumen. The coercive force of magnetic paper was related to magnetic particles size, the smaller the magnetic particles size, the smaller coercive force. For the same type of magnetic particle, the magnetic saturation density and the residual magnetic saturation density were related to the filling amount. The physical strength of the magnetic paper filled with magnetic particles was lower than that of the base paper, especially folding endusance.
