Abstract:Disc refiners structure and operation environment are complex, so it is difficult to establish its precise dynamic mathematical model, therefore it is difficult to apply fault diagnosis to disc refiner. Considering the failure characteristics of the refiner are not clear and some other problems, combining vibration equation with mechanical analysis in running, the imbalance vibration characteristics of refiner was described. Wavelet packet decomposition to actual vibration signal, showed that the refiner vibration wavelet packet decomposition was able to identify the fault characteristic component of the vibration signal.
