摘要:当前盘磨机故障特征尚属一个不明确的问题。本文在讨论磨浆机组成结构的基础上,借助于振动方程和运行过程中的力学分析,给出了盘磨机不平衡情况下的故障振动特征。根据实际采样数据的小波包分解分析可以得出结论,即通过盘磨机振动的小波包分解,能够找出隐藏在振动信号中的故障特征分量。 |
Abstract:Disc refiners structure and operation environment are complex, so it is difficult to establish its precise dynamic mathematical model, therefore it is difficult to apply fault diagnosis to disc refiner. Considering the failure characteristics of the refiner are not clear and some other problems, combining vibration equation with mechanical analysis in running, the imbalance vibration characteristics of refiner was described. Wavelet packet decomposition to actual vibration signal, showed that the refiner vibration wavelet packet decomposition was able to identify the fault characteristic component of the vibration signal. |
