| Abstract:The compact continuous digester was used in kraft bamboo pulp production with capacity of 200000 t/a in Chitianhua. This paper presented the operation experience of the digester, including the solution of the problems such as the impurities and size of the bamboo chips, the chip level control in the impregnation tower, the unstable running of the top separator, blocking of the extraction screens both in cooking tower and impregnation tower. |
