| 摘要:贵州赤天化纸业年产20万t漂白硫酸盐竹浆生产线采用“G2”连续蒸煮工艺。针对生产过程中存在的原料质量影响，预浸塔料位控制困难，顶部分离器运行不稳定，蒸煮塔、预浸塔抽提筛板堵塞等问题进行了分析，提出了相应的解决方案和措施。 |
| Abstract:The compact continuous digester was used in kraft bamboo pulp production with capacity of 200000 t/a in Chitianhua. This paper presented the operation experience of the digester, including the solution of the problems such as the impurities and size of the bamboo chips, the chip level control in the impregnation tower, the unstable running of the top separator, blocking of the extraction screens both in cooking tower and impregnation tower. |
