Abstract:Aiming at the problem of non-uniform temperature distribution on the outer surface of the heating roller of the calender, the three-dimensional model was established using Solidworks software, and the fluid heat coupling analysis was performed with Fluent. The temperature field distribution of the hot roller body and the parameters such as temperature change and flowing state of the heat transfer oil under different heat transfer oil flow rates were obtained, and the influencing factors were studied. It was found that the heating of the existing calender heating roller was not uniform and the heating efficiency was low, which provided a reference for the design of the calender roller.
