| Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of multi-variable， time-varying and non-linearity of cross direction basis weight control of paper web， an on-line self-tuning fuzzy PI control algorithm was proposed.The PI parameters were self-adjusted by fuzzy reasoning.According to the simulation results， the control result of the control algorithm was very much better than traditional PID control.The control effect of a basis weight control system in a paper mill in Hebei province has been greatly improved after using the new method． |
