| Abstract:To solve the problem of multi-disturbance and non-linearity in unwinding tension control system of rewinder， the paper put forward a integrated control scheme， and the fuzzy PID algorithm was introduced in tension control system. In addition， to solve the problem of feedback energy generated by the AC drive system， the common DC bus of the main circuit of the system was designed. Finally， the design of unwinding tension control system of the unwinding roll was completed based on the successful application in jin-hua， zhejiang province． |
