| Abstract:To solve the problem of frequency converter aging， spare parts shortage and high failure rate in the company 3# paper machine drive system， the paper proposed a replacement method for the frequency converter in transmission system under the condition of retaining and modifying the original control system. This method has been applied in actual production and achieved good results. Comparing the existing problems and corresponding solutions of paper machine transmission system， the problem of frequency converter replacement in multi-drive systems of paper machine was discussed． |
