| Abstract:The technical key of DC drive control system of underfeed rewinder is constant tension control of the unwinding roll. In order to realize constant tension control of the unwinding roll, program design must include functions of calculation the diameter of the unwinding roll, direct tension detection compensation of the web and dynamic inertia compensation during acceleration and deceleration of the system. The drive control system of underfeed rewinder was designed based on the functions design and application mentioned above． |
