Abstract:Phospholipase was used to control stickies in ONP pulp, its optimal processing condition was explored. Controlling effect of phospholipase on stickies content and surface viscosity was investigated and compared with that of lipase. Results showed that the optimal processing condition was temperature of 60℃, pH of 5.5, the dosage of phospholipase of 0.1% and the treatment time of 2 h. After the treatment under the condition, the removal rate of macrostickies was 70.2%, CD value, turbidity and particle size of the ONP pulp filtrate also reduced, indicating that the content of potential secondary stickies declined, and the surface viscosity of stickies declined remarkably. Controlling effects of phospholipase and lipase under respective optimal processing conditions were compared. Results showed that stickies content and surface viscosity dropped more significantly after the treatment of phospholipase, indicating that phospholipase has a better controlling effect. |
