Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties of eliminating cavitation of the discharge pump of displacement digester system, this paper proposed a method from the view of control to keep the NPSHa was greater than its NPSHr in the discharging process by stabilizing pulp concentration, adjusting pump speed and injecting compressed air into the digester.
