| Abstract:Metal-organic frameworks/cellulose nanofiber (MOFs/CNF) composites has attracted extensive attention in the biomedical field due to their diverse structures, ultra-high specific surface area, tunable pore sizes, and facile chemical modification. This article first introduced the structural characteristics and performance advantages of MOFs/CNF composites in biomedical applications, systematically analyzed the process characteristics of their main preparation methods, and further summarized the multi-functional optimization strategies of MOFs/CNF composites from the perspectives of surface functionalization, component optimization, and structure design. In addition, it focused on reviewing the research status and application progress of MOFs/CNF composites in biomedical fields such as biosensing, drug delivery, antibacterial materials, and wound healing, and prospected their development prospects. |
