| Abstract:A three-dimensional model of flue gas denitrification system of 150 t/h biomass boiler was established by CFD simulation technology to evaluate the flow field distribution of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification system reactor and the flue gas. The design of the guide plate, ammonia injection grille, rectifier grille, and reactor were optimized to ensure that the key evaluation indicators such as flue gas velocity deviation, velocity deviation angle, concentration deviation, temperature deviation, and pressure distribution all met the design requirements. A reasonable design scheme for the denitrification system and flue was established, and the external structure of the flue gas denitrification system, as well as the shapes and layout of inlet flue, ammonia injection system, rectifier, etc. were determined. |
