| Abstract:Regarding water environmental capacity constraints in China’s paper industry, this paper advocated shifting from end-of-pipe treatment based on concentration compliance to an “ultra-low total emissions” model centered on pollutant load control. A technology framework was proposed that integrated short-process regeneration systems—treating white water and contaminated condensate—with long-process advanced reuse to create a closed-loop water cycle and significantly reduce pollution. By systematizing water regeneration and recycling technologies, this study provided key support for the industry’s green, low-carbon transformation through increased production without increased pollution. |
