| Abstract:As a renewable resource, the efficient conversion of biomass is of great significance for alleviating dependence on fossil resources and promoting the green production of high-value chemicals. Electrochemical catalysis serves as an important pathway for the valorization of biomass, where the development of electrocatalysts and the construction of reaction systems are the core factors for achieving efficient conversion. This paper systematically reviewed the recent research progress in the field of biomass electrocatalytic conversion. Focusing on typical electrocatalytic materials, it systematically introduced their preparation methods, structural characteristics, and catalytic mechanisms, and summarized their application status in the conversion of biomass platform molecules. Finally, the existing challenges in this field were summarized, and the future directions for the design, development and industrial application of high-efficiency electrocatalysts were prospected. |
