Abstract:This study designed an AI-based online detection system for coating color based on impedance sensing and applied it to measure the impedance spectra of coating formulations. By analyzing variations in parameters such as the solid content, filler ratio, and the amounts of dispersant, thickener, and binder in the coating color, the online detection capability, stability, and responsiveness of the system to formulation changes were investigated. The results showed that the system provided stable measurements. The constructed linear regression model demonstrated high prediction accuracy (R²=0.985 on the test set) and was sensitive to the influence of changes in parameters such as key additives on the electrical properties of the system. With the aim of providing effective tools for the online and real-time intelligent perception of the coating color state and process optimization.
