Abstract:To address the challenges of diversified user requirements, prolonged design cycles, high non-standardization, and lack of graphical libraries in the bar pattern design of isometric straight-bar refiner plate, this study based on the Creo Toolkit secondary development platform and Visual Studio programming environment, developing a parameterized bar pattern design system by using C# and dynamic link library (DLL) technology. The system featured a user-friendly human-machine interface, enabling rapid parameter adjustments and 3D modeling of isometric straight-bar refiner plate with various specifications.
