| Abstract:This paper provided a systematic review of the preparation, mechanisms of action, and application prospects of cellulose-based antibacterial materials across multiple fields. The article began by introducing the classification and construction strategies of antibacterial materials, with a particular focused on the physicochemical properties of cellulose substrates and their unique advantages in the antibacterial domain. Subsequently, it offered a detailed analysis of the preparation methods for cellulose-based antibacterial materials, including strategies such as physical loading, chemical modification, and blend spinning, while comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches. Furthermore, while outlining the applications of cellulose-based materials in antibacterial contexts, highlighted a significant trend in functional development—long-lasting antibacterial efficacy. Finally, it discussed the challenges facing cellulose-based antibacterial materials, and proposed future research directions. |
