Abstract:Based on the design experience from multiple feeding systems for displacement batch digesters in pulp production lines and incorporating practical insights from mill operations, this paper explored the current process equipment arrangement, filling methods, and selection of level switches in feeding systems. It analyzed the challenges associated with the intelligent transformation of these systems and proposed corresponding intelligent upgrade strategies, aimed to provide valuable references for achieving intelligent production in the cooking section of pulp mills.
