| Abstract:This study employed interfacial polymerization, using ethanol (EtOH) and ethylene glycol (EG) as the solvent system, to fabricate polyamide/lignin nanoparticle (LNP) composite nanofiltration membranes. By optimizing solvent type and reaction time, this study systematically analyzed the membrane structure and separation performance. The results showed that introducing LNP significantly promoted the interfacial polymerization reaction, enhancing the crosslinking degree and compactness of the polyamide layer. Compared with the pristine membrane, the LNP-EtOH composite nanofiltration membrane exhibited further improved hydrophilicity, with the water contact angle decreasing from 15.93° to 11.98°. Under optimized reaction conditions, the LNP–EtOH 2-1 nanofiltration membrane (2 indicated a 2-min reaction in the aqueous phase, 1 indicated a 1-min reaction in the oil phase) delivered the best performance, with a flux of 60.4 L/(m·h) and a rejection of 32.94% for NaCl, and a flux of 51.7 L/(m·h) and a rejection of 97.14% for Na2SO4. |
