Abstract:This paper introduced the reaction principle， process， and automatic control design points of the comprehensive chlorine dioxide preparation technology from three production units： Sodium chlorate preparation， hydrochloric acid synthesis， and chlorine dioxide production. The current status of the comprehensive method for preparing chlorine dioxide was summarized.
