| Abstract:This study used industrial hemp noil fibers as raw material to investigate the influence patterns of ultrasonic and bio-composite enzyme synergistic pretreatment combined with subsequent kraft pulping process on pulp properties. Additionally, it analyzed the PFI refining characteristics of noil fibers and the mechanical properties of packaging paper produced by blending them. The results showed that when treated for 30 min under ultrasonic conditions of a frequency of 40 kHz and a temperature of 50 ℃, with the mass ratio of pectinase to laccase controlled at 5∶1 and the mass fraction of composite enzyme solution at 12% (relative to fiber mass), followed by pulping under conditions of 18% total alkali, 12% sulfidity, a liquor ratio of 1∶4, a heating-up time of 30 min, a holding time of 90 min, and a cooking temperature of 110 ℃, the resulting pulp exhibited optimal properties, with a tear index reaching 22.5 mN·m²/g, a folding endurance of 485 times, a burst index of 2.90 kPa·m²/g, and a tensile index of 43.2 N·m/g. After refining at a pulp consistency of 10% with 30 000 r in a PFI refiner, when the proportion of noil fibers reached 40%, the mechanical properties of the paper produced by blending were significantly enhanced, showing a tear index of 10.2 mN·m²/g, a folding endurance of 106 times, a burst index of 1.26 kPa·m²/g, and a tensile index of 46.2 N·m/g. |
