| Abstract:Based on the composition and basic operation unit of the rewinder and converting process， the characteristics and principle of trim shredding， trim pneumatic conveying， trim separation， and dedusting were analyzed. Four types of pneumatic conveying methods and their application scenarios， namely， direct access to the pulper， non-cutting system， cutting system and vacuum system， were described in detail. Combined with the engineering examples of paper mill， the common rewinder and converting process under different configurations were discussed. |
