Abstract:This paper introduced the optimization and improvement method of black liquor evaporation system in a domestic sulfate pulp mill to improve the recycling rate of cold water. After the improvement, the reuse rate of intermediate condensate in the black liquor evaporation system reached 100%, the water used for pulp production was reduced to 7.9 m3/Adt, and the annual economic benefit was as high as 77 379 300 Yuan.
