Abstract:Seven kinds of heated tobacco sheets were used as experimental objects, and the constant temperature drying characteristics of heated tobacco sheets at four temperatures were studied, and three commonly used drying kinetic models were used to fit the drying characteristic curves. At the same time, the effects of three factors (moisture, propylene glycol content, and glycerol content) of base sheet with different fuming agent contents on the moisture detection results were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the standard deviations of the apparent moisture content of each heated tobacco sheet at 70 ℃ were all less than 0.20%. The Logarithmic model was a mathematical model that was more suitable for predicting the drying characteristics of heated tobacco sheets. The water volatilization in the propylene glycol coated base sheet was significantly higher than that in the glycerol coated base sheet, so that propylene glycol had a greater effect on the moisture detection results, while glycerol had a relatively smaller impact.
