| Abstract:To investigate the correlation between needle roller speed of the cigarette making machine and papermaking reconstituted cigarette process indicators， firstly， 3-factor 5-level orthogonal experiments was developed to establish a multiple linear regression model between the needle roller speed and other process parameters of the cigarette making machine. Next， by adjusting the needle roller speed， its correlation with papermaking reconstituted cigarette process indicators such as cigarette weight， standard deviation of cigarette weight， and suction resistance standard deviation were analyzed. Finally， by designing 3-factor 3-level orthogonal experiments， the effects of needle roller speed， stem wire ratio， and papermaking reconstituted cigarette slicer ratio on the suction resistance standard deviation were analyzed. The results showed that the regression evaluation index R2 for the needle roller speed and cigarette making machine process parameters was 0.999， which could predict accurately and control the needle roller speed， there was a strong correlation between the needle roller speed and the cigarette weight and its standard deviation， but a general correlation with suction resistance standard deviation， there was a strong correlation between stem wire ratio and papermaking reconstituted cigarette slicer ratio on the suction resistance standard deviation. |
