| Abstract:A method was proposed for online measurement of grinding plate wear using a wear rod. Indirect detection of micro wear of different wear rod materials such as Q235 low carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel, HSS high-speed steel, and high chrome alloy steel were carried out using the resistance method, and the relationship between voltage (U) and wear amount (X) under different materials and shapes of high chrome alloy steel was explored. The effect of current on the U-X curve was also investigated, and a quadratic regression model was established to describe the relationship between U and X. The results showed that under a given current, the U-X curves of the four materials and different shapes of high chrome alloy steel exhibited an overall increasing trend. As the wear increases, the voltage of square and cylindrical high chrome alloy steel increased uniformly and significantly. The current basically did not affect the U-X curve variation trend of square and cylindrical high chrome alloy steel. The performance indicators RMSE and MAE for predicting the wear of cylindrical high chrome alloy steel were 0.005 68 and 0.004 66, respectively. |
