| Abstract:Based on the design experience of several chlorine dioxide（ClO2） production lines and the results after putting into operation. In this paper， the automatic control safety measures of ClO2 plan were set from the aspects of explosion-proof area division， instrument explosion-proof， combustible and toxic gas detector setting， HAZOP analysis， instrument safety integirty level（SIL）， and safety instrument system （SIS）， etc.The automatic control safety measure of the ClO2 production system could ensure the safety and stability of ClO2 plan. |
