| Abstract:In order to solve the problem of abnormal failure of the internal cage frequently occurred in the washing moving roller bearing of the enterprise paper machines for a period of time， this paper finded out the failure reasons of the washing moving roller bearing 22216EK in this situation. There were four points： ① insufficient bearing lubrication， ② improper bearing assembly， ③ impurities enter the bearing， ④ bearing load was too large. Through targeted analysis of each cause and measurement of the actual position of the washing moving roller， the force analysis model of the washing moving roller was established to study the reasons for the bearing failure of the washing moving roller. The results showed that during the operation of the paper machine， the excessive load of the washing moving roller was the main reason for the abnormal damage of the bearing 22216EK. By replacing the bearing of the washing roller to 22216CAK/W33 during the maintenance period of the paper machine， the abnormal failure of the washing roller bearing was effectively solved. |
